Seth TeBeest (Associate)

Seth focuses his practice on corporate transactions and tort litigation. His primary area of experience is in technology licensing and intellectual property commercialization.

Seth earned his B.S. in speech communication from West Texas A&M University where he competed on its nationally ranked forensics team. He completed his legal studies at the Valparaiso University Law School concentrating his studies on intellectual property and business issues. After law school, Seth earned an M.S. in Intellectual Property Management and Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining Heyl Royster, Seth was an adjunct professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Chicago-Kent College of Law where he taught classes in industrial design, intellectual property, and legal writing. A respected practitioner in his field, Seth is often invited to speak at academic and professional events, and he is on the editorial staff of Corporate Counsel’s Guide to Unfair Competition.
