Firm Presents at PCBA Government and Public Interest CLE
On May 2, Heyl Royster attorneys took part in the Government and Public Interest CLE program hosted by the Peoria County Bar Association. John Redlingshafer and Chrissie Peterson presented on the various ways in which government entities may finance public construction projects, including tax levies, loans, bonds, and TIF districts. Brad Elward presented on administrative appeals, discussing appellate considerations every attorney should consider during administrative proceedings. Stacy Crabtree, co-chair of the CLE, moderated the program, which was attended by attorneys throughout the central Illinois area.
