Keyt, Peterson and Schag Present at Conference on Local Government Law
On May 7, several Heyl Royster lawyers gave a seminar at a NBI Local Government Law Conference in O'Fallon, IL addressing government contracts and state/local government law issues. Mike Schag addressed bid protest litigation and the application of the "best interests" ratification in some situations where defects exist in the bidding process. Andy Keyt examined tort immunities and the §1983 action. Chrissie Peterson spoke on open meeting laws, public records, taxes and appropriations.
