Heyl Royster Collaborates with Caterpillar on Wills Clinic

11/30/2017

On November 18, Heyl Royster and Caterpillar Legal Services provided a Wills Clinic at Peoria Friendship House. Heyl Royster attorneys Tim Bertschy, Tim Kirk, Emily Perkins, Syed Ahmad and Seth TeBeest volunteered, along with the assistance of paralegal Laura Gilmore. Caterpillar attorneys Larry Wilken and Byron Buck, with the assistance of paralegals Denise Cardot and Heather Feeney, also drafted and executed wills and Powers of Attorney for the low-income community. Special thanks to Prairie State Legal Services pro bono coordinator, Katherine Whetstone, who organizes this collaborative effort to provide a Wills Clinic to the local community every year.
