Focusing on the defense of civil rights/Section 1983, municipal liability, and employment claims in the federal and state courts, Jordan routinely represents and advises police officers, corrections officers, correctional medical providers, and County Sheriffs. He also represents local governmental entities and elected officials in personal injury, property damage, and Freedom of Information Act claims.
Jordan joined the firm’s Rockford office after graduating from Northern Illinois University College magna cum laude. Throughout college and law school, Jordan owned and operated a successful commercial and residential painting company, serving various businesses, farm operations, real estate agents, and individuals along the Illinois and Wisconsin state line area.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys cross-country motorcycle trips, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
