Rose brings experience from diverse roles in research, social services, and child welfare, having worked with organizations such as UCSD Pediatrics, the Illinois Department of Human Services, the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. This interdisciplinary perspective enhances her ability to guide clients through legal matters with empathy, diligence, and a nuanced understanding of complex systems.

During law school, Rose externed for the Honorable Michael M. Mihm in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and interned with the California Department of Justice in the Civil Litigation Division. She also served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Analysis and Introduction to Advocacy, and as a student teaching fellow through the Kyiv Mohyla Academy Peer-to-Peer Writing Program, helping lawyers in Ukraine enhance their English-language legal writing. Rose further shaped her advocacy through hands-on work as a 711-licensed student attorney with the Medical Legal Partnership Clinic and the Criminal Records Relief Project at Land of Lincoln Legal Aid.

Rose is committed to public service, drawing on her leadership and communication skills through volunteering and sharing her expertise. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and son.
