Tori has devoted her entire legal career to representing individuals and companies facing allegations of negligence, willful and wanton conduct, fraud, and other tortious conduct. She has tried 12 jury trials to verdict in Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois.
In addition to her success as a trial attorney, Tori has also successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in the Fifth District Appellate Court in Illinois, obtained favorable results for her clients through non-jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, negotiated settlements, and obtained judgments for her clients through dispositive motions. Often, that resolution is through a compromise settlement; however, Tori is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tenacity it takes to step before a judge or jury on behalf of her clients when necessary. Tori prides herself on being attentive to all her client’s needs, both individuals and companies and strives to provide her best effort to each client.
Outside the office, Tori enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and her family. Tori serves as an active member on the board of directors of the Wentzville Wildcats Youth Football Association and as the “Team Mom” for her son’s tackle football team. Tori enjoys watching her son play football and wrestle. She and her family also enjoy cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, and St. Louis Battlehawks.
