Shareholder Michael Denning Appointed to IL Sup Court Committee on Jury Instructions in Civil Cases

ROCKFORD - Heyl Royster Shareholder Michael Denning is honored to accept an appointment to the Illinois Supreme Court's Committee on Jury Instructions in Civil Cases. 

Members of the Court's Committee on Jury Instruction in Civil Cases study and recommend new pattern jury instructions for civil cases or modifications to existing instructions. The committee endeavors to consistently produce updated, carefully drafted, impartial and user-friendly instructions that are conversational, understandable, unslanted, and accurate.

Over the Committee's more than 60-year history, appointees have included attorneys, judges, and professors of great distinction and professionalism. Mr. Denning's committee term will run through December 31, 2024.
