Charles Timmerwilke

Attorney in Rockford, IL

For over 31 years, Chuck has handled a diverse mix of litigation, including construction, premises liability, product liability, trucking, and auto throughout northern Illinois and the Chicago suburbs. A partner in the firm's Rockford office, he has tried numerous cases to verdict.

As early as possible, he shares the key issues in the case and evaluates the best plan to resolve the matter. Chuck always advises his clients on important developments and discusses these in detail, recognizing that litigation decisions require input from the client and openness to their questions and suggestions as to the best approach. Chuck's trial experience and reputation as a straight-shooter result in opposing counsel generally being reasonable in addressing a resolution of the case.

Chuck has varied interests away from the legal world, including gardening, hiking, skiing, reading, and working out.  He also enjoys music, painting, and other art creations.  Visit his office to catch a glimpse of his original artwork; it fills his office.
