Attorneys and Summer Associates from Heyl Royster's Rockford office recently participated in a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) session at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Western Division. The seminar was presented by U.S. District Court Judge Iain Johnston and U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Iasparro, focusing on Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(6) regarding Corporate Representative Depositions. This topic is particularly relevant to our attorneys' federal civil defense practices.
Heyl Royster represents clients in U.S. District Court throughout the Midwest. With seven regional offices, our premier trial and appellate attorneys have a proven track record of success in employment law, civil rights, corporate litigation, and beyond.
