Heyl Royster Real Estate & Title Services Adds Fourth Location

On April 4, 2022, Heyl Royster acquired H & H Title Services, Inc., adding a fourth location to their real estate and title services practice in central Illinois. Both real estate and title agencies will now operate under Heyl Royster Real Estate & Title Services.

Our newest office (formerly H & H Title Services, Inc.), located at 3332 W. Willow Knolls Dr., Suite B, Peoria, is headed by attorney Mary Heck. With an interest in real estate and title insurance, Mary began her career with the Peoria Chicago Title office before entering private practice and forming H & H Title Services, Inc. The Willow Knolls office is a full-service title agent of Chicago Title Insurance Company and Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., offering residential and commercial title and closing services in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, and Marshall Counties. With a dedicated team of professionals and more than 30 years of experience, we welcome the entire H & H Title Services, Inc. team to Heyl Royster.
