Abhi Nair

An associate attorney out of the firm's St. Louis office, Abhi strives to solve complicated questions, especially those involving new and unchartered territory. Bringing a thorough, innovative, and creative approach, combined with his innate interest in neuroscience and the broader medical field, he dedicates his practice to the intersection of health care and the law.

Abhi completed his undergraduate studies in neuroscience and criminology at the University of Texas at Dallas, followed by St. Louis in 2020 to pursue health law studies at St. Louis University School of Law. While in law school, Abhi held leadership positions in organizations, including the Health Law Association (Student Mentor) and Asian American Law Student Association (Secretary and Student Mentor), and was a member of the South Asian Bar Association.

After 1L year, Abhi gained legal experience as the first Legal and Compliance In-House Counsel Intern for MiTek Inc., a global construction company in Chesterfield, Missouri. At MiTek, Abhi worked on global privacy law research, mergers and acquisition due diligence, and third-party compliance screening. He received further experience after his 2L year as a Legal and Compliance intern at Centene Corporation, a managed healthcare company in Clayton, Missouri. In this role, Abhi worked on conflict avoidance plans, federal regulatory assessments for marketplace health plans, and contract analysis. Through his intern experiences, Abhi has honed his skills to help clients solve problems innovatively.

Abhi is a Dallas native who enjoys supporting his hometown sports teams, including the Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, and Stars. He enjoys playing basketball and fantasy sports with his friends and family and volunteering in the St. Louis community.
