Mary Heck

Mary began her career with the Peoria Chicago Title office before entering private practice and forming DLD Title. For more than 30 years, DLD Title, which later became H&H Title, provided exceptional title insurance and closing services in the Peoria area and, in 2022, merged with Heyl Royster.

Mary recognizes that she and the staff are customer service providers providing title and closing services to buyers, sellers, realtors, attorneys, and loan officers while at the same time ensuring a clear title. Before closing, she and the staff work closely with the parties involved to aid in the clearance of title issues and provide a timely and smooth closing.

Mary received her J.D. from Southern Illinois Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Classical Studies from Duke University. She enjoys spending time outdoors and is often hiking, biking, gardening, or birdwatching. Mary is an avid reader, loves to travel, and is a certified Les Mills RPM instructor currently teaching cycling classes at a local health club.
