Nathan Henderson, a Partner in our Edwardsville office, has extensive experience managing and implementing the defense of mass tort litigation, including asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, and environmental matters venued in trial courts throughout Illinois and Missouri. He knows that being named a defendant in a lawsuit can bring many emotions: fear, anger, frustration, and uncertainty. He recognizes the importance of instilling confidence in his clients through detailed evaluation, frank advice, and his ability to prepare a case for trial. His sense of duty is evidenced both in and out of courtrooms.
Nathan has spent the majority of his career defending corporations in cases involving product liability, premises liability, mass tort, environmental litigation, and transportation. He has served as counsel for a large aerospace company, a multi-state utility, large retail chains, manufacturers of building materials, leaders of the food and beverage industry, motor carriers, and "mom and pop" suppliers of automotive and remodeling products. He participates in and oversees all litigation phases, from evaluating his clients' liability and performing the investigation needed to successfully defend a suit to conducting depositions, preparing clients to be deposed, drafting and arguing motions, and trial preparation.
Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage children and becoming a DIY expert on home repair. He volunteers in his community and enjoys cooking meals for small and large groups.
