Congratulations to Christopher Drinkwine, the firm's Appellate Practice Group co-chair, on his recent win in the Seventh Circuit in Rodgers v. Rankin, No. 23-1220, 2024 WL 1738052 (7th Cir. Apr. 23, 2024). The Seventh Circuit affirmed the district court's judgment dismissing a prisoner’s 8th Amendment deliberate indifference claims against two radiologists. The Seventh Circuit agreed that the prisoner failed to allege that the radiologists actually knew of and disregarded a substantial risk of harm.
