Christopher Drinkwine and Kristina Bitzer successfully defended Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims brought against a major healthcare system. Through extensive written and oral discovery, Drinkwine and Bitzer established that Plaintiff was not an employee eligible for FMLA benefits. As a result, the Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed her lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois with prejudice.
