Roth and Nolan Secure Dismissal in Complex Medical Malpractice Case

Heyl Royster attorneys Andy Roth and Leah Nolan recently secured a dismissal for a hospitalist in a complex medical malpractice case involving multiple defendants and more than $1 million in claimed medical expenses.

The plaintiff alleged that the hospitalist failed to take appropriate measures to prevent and treat serious complications that developed during a hospitalization for COVID-19. The dismissal recently became final, bringing the matter to a successful conclusion for our client.
