Lindsey takes pride in working closely with her clients every step of the way. Lindsey has over ten years of experience representing healthcare professionals and providers in all aspects of litigation. As a successful medical malpractice defense attorney and Chair of the firm’s Long-term Care and Nursing Home Practice Group, she uses her experiences to guide her clients through complex litigation and administrative matters while recognizing the challenges ahead. She works hard to fully represent her clients' interests while providing them with close guidance and reassurance during difficult times. Lindsey is a Partner in Heyl Royster's Rockford office, providing experience and knowledge to clients throughout northern Illinois.

Lindsey focuses her practice on the defense and representation of healthcare professionals and providers, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Lindsey has extensive experience successfully representing these clients in all steps of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigation through jury trial. In addition to defending long-term care facilities against claims of abuse or neglect, she assists these clients in various issues relating to policies and procedures, involuntary discharge proceedings, arbitration proceedings, and various other administrative issues that arise.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, enjoying the sun and outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
